Making GIFs and stickers, simply explained
A GIF loops a short moment forever, which is why it works as a reaction or a sticker — but most platforms will not accept a GIF as a video upload, so this tool also turns GIFs back into MP4s, which they do accept. A video GIF keeps the clip at the width and frame rate you pick, trimmed to the moment you choose; fewer frames and a smaller width make a much smaller file, because a GIF stores every frame as a picture. A pictures GIF plays your pictures in order, one frame each at the frame rate you pick. Everything runs on your device, which keeps your files private but means speed depends on your device.

Your file is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to a server or saved in browser storage. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views and performance; it does not receive PDF contents or filenames. Local processing does not guarantee a PDF is safe to open; only open files from sources you trust.
