MP3, WAV, M4A, Ogg, FLAC or AAC, processed on your device. Video files (MP4, MOV) finish their audio track only.

Every platform shares the same finish — loudness is evened out the same way for all of them, so no platform needs its own version, and so the file is the same whichever platform you pick.

MP3 is smaller and plays almost everywhere; WAV is lossless and larger.

Loudness is evened out first; volume then shifts the finished level up or down by this much.

Leave blank for the rest of the clip.

How it works

Finishing audio, simply explained

Recordings rarely play at one steady level — one clip whispers, the next blasts — so this tool first measures the whole clip and then applies one even gain that brings its loudness to the level short-form platforms play at, keeping the ups and downs inside the clip intact. Loudness is evened out the same way for every platform, because no platform publishes a different audio-only target worth a separate version. Volume then shifts the finished level up or down by the amount you pick, fades soften the start and end, and trimming keeps only the moment you choose. The finished clip downloads as MP3 for posting, or as WAV when you want it lossless. Everything runs on your device, which keeps your files private but means speed depends on your device.
